Some rooms offer sitting areas. Choice of lower beach (overlooking gardens), upper beach (overlooking beach and York Harbor summer cottages), lower and upper river (views of the comings and goings of lobster and pleasure craft on the York River), and oceanfront rooms (views of the open expanse of ocean and mouth of the York River).
